Downloadable Digital Content
The products offered on Les Nuanciers de Line are digital content provided without physical support, including downloadable files, models, templates or digital resources accessible after order validation.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content without physical support when its execution has begun before the end of the legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days, with the prior and express agreement of the customer and the customer's acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal.
By validating your order and requesting immediate access to the purchased digital content, you expressly acknowledge that the download or provision of the file begins before the end of the legal withdrawal period.
You therefore agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available to you.
Consequently, once the file is accessible, downloaded or made available after purchase, no request for withdrawal, cancellation or refund can be accepted for this digital content.
No Physical Return
Since the products sold by Les Nuanciers de Line are provided only in digital format, no physical product is shipped.
It is therefore not possible to return a product after purchase.
File Access Problem
In case of technical difficulty in accessing, downloading or using the file, you can contact customer service so that a solution can be offered to you.
A technical problem accessing the file does not automatically constitute a reason for a refund if the digital content has indeed been made available after the order.
